this is not a suicide song. the original title was "the day" but i didn't want any misunderstanding, hence the title "kill your ego". the genre is a tribute to a few of my all time favorites: the ramones, husker du, the cars... this song has been performed live with my band the fuzzy bees. the band also recorded a version of the song with cool guitars by rob martins and mike valiante and, obviously, better drums by derek davidson. maybe that version will see the light of day someday but for now, enjoy my own therapy's "kill your ego".
